Then, the custom wood-grain louvers bring in warmth and texture. Together, this combination creates something that feels architectural and elevated, rather than basic or cookie-cutter, like a kit.
This pergola also includes integrated lighting, and instead of relying on someone to turn it on each night, it’s wired in with the rest of the mall lighting so it automatically lights up in the evening. USING GROUND SCREWS As Anchors
Another unique feature of this project was the fact that we used ground screws to anchor the pergola to the ground, as permitted by the engineer. This approach is a great option in certain commercial settings because it offers strong support while also helping streamline installation. Ground screws can also reduce the need for more invasive foundation work, depending on the site and design requirements. In this case, it was the right solution for the location and structure.
